“Surge came about into existence while I was working with Special abilities students in an International school. Having said that, I, at that time was also working with some mainstream secondary students who were in the midst of choosing their IB subjects and Universities, for their learning and Career developments. Realizing that all these students needed informative nurturing advice and guidance and someone to trust with their decisions, I decided to start taking small steps towards working with them independently. My belief in unveiling their potential, uplifting them and making them gain confidence in rising towards success made me think of the name of my enterprise as SURGE.”
