Cancellation Policy

For Individual Lessons:

• No charge for early cancellation (24 hours before scheduled lesson time).
• 50% of cancellation fees for late cancellation (less than 24 hours before scheduled lesson time).
• No call/ no show will need to pay 100% of the lesson fee.
• Cancellation due to sickness (hospitalization, doctor's visit or regular checkup)- no charge if medical certificate is presented. Without medical certificate 50% of the lesson fees.
• Closure due to bad weather- no charge ( Please look into bad weather policy arrangement page).

For Group Lesson:

• Group lessons are non-refundable.
• Make-up lessons can be arranged if medical certificate is represented.
• Make-up lessons can not be arranged due to personal leave ( holidays, school interview, birthday parties).
